Hi, I didn't see that it was you working on this project at first! I've been working on the second version of my UI for pathsim using only pathsim and pywebview. The UI is built using React and D3.js. I've done it this way to keep control over every aspect for complete customization.

@kwmcbride pathview is now officially under the pathsim umbrella and got a huge rewrite

I just looked through the new pathview readme. This looks promising - I've stopped all work on what I was doing.

I've got quite a background in chemical engineering, modeling, Simulink and Simscape development, so I'd gladly contribute elsewhere.

Gocha, you can check out the deployed version here view.pathsim.org. If you want to help with something else, we are working on (but still early) a pathsim toolbox for chemical engineering, pathsim-chem. Currently the focus is on tritium fuel cycles for nuclear fusion, but this should be a general chem-eng toolbox longterm. With your background, your help would be highly appreciated! We can also have a call sometime to discuss this if you want.
