I think we need to come up with something more scalable. It's going to be a major pita to test all the different scenarios this way.
What I propose we look into is something along the lines of

  scenarios/
    foo/
      .ice-rest-catalog.yaml
      .ice.yaml
      input.parquet x N
      run.sh.tmpl # multiline; template so that test runtime could provision cloud resources (if any; e.g. aws s3 buckets, sqs queues, etc.) needed based on run.sh.tmpl template variables
      verify.sh.tmpl
    bar/
      ...
