The method getMisheyakir66MinutesZmanis is a method I use myself so I know the source, but I do not know the source for the getMisheyakir60MinutesZmanis method. However, I know for sure that it is a legitimate opinion, as I have seen it used in many places. I just do not know the source that well. I think Chacham Ben Zion Abba Shaul holds of it. But I need to do more research before I can say for sure.
Either way, I wanted to point out that these two methods were missing.
