This PR updates
thickness_hydrostaticandthickness_hydrostatic_from_relative_humidityto return the full atmospheric profile through an additional parameterfull_profile. A test is added, but let me know if additional tests are needed to fully cover the cases whenbottomanddepthare used together withfull_profile.Checklist
