Enable AI agents to delegate subtasks to other agents via parent-child task relationships. Adds parent_id column to tasks, three new MCP tools (taskyou_delegate_task, taskyou_get_team_status, taskyou_wait_for_task), team progress indicators in the kanban UI, and comprehensive tests.
