Recent versions of C# allow
TaskandTask<int>-returning main methods. This updates the MainMethod class to understand these new syntaxes.There already exist limited regression tests at https://github.com/microsoft/codeql/blob/e1949c7d69ec0a5f6afd98a51aa2305dd7442394/csharp/ql/test/library-tests/csharp9-standalone/GlobalStmt.cs.
