This PR provides Traditional Chinese (繁體中文) translations for the Android documentation in Python's official documentation. The translation covers how to use Python on Android, including guidance for adding Python to Android apps and building Python packages for the Android platform.
- Translates all user-facing documentation strings from English to Traditional Chinese
- Maintains all technical markup elements (
:program:,:ref:,:source:,:samp:) and code references - Preserves URLs, code snippets, and technical terms appropriately

的確目前有個問題是 powrap 與 pomerge 的 formtting 規則好像不太一樣，但還沒有找出是哪裡有差異。 |
